Jason Robertson leads KCADC’s business attraction strategy, leveraging deep industry expertise, strong relationships and a results-driven approach to connect companies with the opportunities and strengths of the Kansas City region.


With nearly three decades of experience in business development, Jason has worked with companies across the globe to identify locations, navigate complex growth decisions and advance major capital investment projects. Prior to joining KCADC, he served as Vice President, Food + Beverage at CRB, partnering with leading manufacturers on expansion and facility development initiatives throughout North America and beyond.

Success Snapshot

As Italian company RB SRL prepared for its first North American investment, it needed a trusted partner to navigate an unfamiliar business environment — from workforce and real estate to incentives and permitting. KCADC served as an extension of the RB team, providing strategic guidance throughout the site selection process. Leveraging our deep private-sector network, we connected RB with key HR, legal, construction and engineering partners, helping secure its U.S. operations with a $16 million investment in the KC region.
