Since Brasfield & Gorrie started, we've grown from a local contractor to a national construction company with 13 offices in eight states. We've
helped complete projects that transform communities and power economies. Our 2026 projected revenue is $9.2 billion and $10.3 billion for 2027, and ENR Texas & Southeast currently ranks us #1 on its Top Contractors list. And during our growth, we've maintained the identity that sets us apart—true builders guided by the Golden Rule.
Brasfield & Gorrie provides general contracting, design-build, and construction management services designed to exceed the expectations of our clients. To provide the best quality, value and overall experience throughout the life cycle of a project, we work in partnership with our client, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Our ability to go beyond traditional construction and serve as a true partner across the entire project lifecycle sets us apart. We’re able to work side-by-side with clients from site selection and feasibility studies to power consulting and turnkey design-build delivery. No matter the market, our clients have a team ready to support every need along the way.
Our team serves a diverse range of industries and clients, with key focus areas including heavy civil, industrial, mission critical, government, commercial and healthcare. We’re experienced in a number of specialties within those markets, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace and aviation, food and beverage, power and more.
"CLC creates opportunities for Brasfield & Gorrie to keep driving innovation forward and doing great work, and we're honored to be part of a partnership that helps us deliver even greater value to our clients and communities."

He currently leads the Science and Technology and Industrial portfolios in North Carolina.

Trinity Capital Advisors needed a development partner to help transform 100+ acres into a world-class life science and advanced manufacturing campus. We collaborated to deliver the first phase of Spark Campus: two manufacturing buildings (375k SF), a four-story R&D office building (155k SF), a 1,000-car parking deck, and 30k SF of amenities. The result attracted a 1.6M SF build-to-suit advanced manufacturing tenant which we are currently constructing, growing the total project value to $600M upon its 2028 completion.
The relationship between data center construction and power availability is reshaping our industry, and the ripple effects go far beyond the projects themselves. Whether you are building data centers or not, the demand for workforce and resources these projects create tightens capacity across the board.
The biggest challenges our clients are facing right now come down to lead times. Equipment availability creates delays across all parts of the industry, and workforce shortages can compound the pressure.
We chose to partner with CLC because Cushman & Wakefield carries real influence in this industry, and the impactful partnerships and content they bring to every experience reflect the kind of forward-thinking approach we want to be a part of.
The partnership value comes from both the people in the room and the substance of content, covering everything from market trends and emerging data center demand to practical perspectives on how to use AI in our industry. These are the types of conversations that push our thinking forward and sharpen the work we do every day.
